We then provide a complimentary quote and determine ways to maximize your budget.

Process

Next, we get started by picking up your documents, or start our work at your site.
Based on your specifications, file formats are determined and cataloging begins. We’ll store your documents at our facility so that you are done paying for outside storage while we turn your hard copy documents into electronic files.

End Results

Finally, once we provide your electronic files, we’ll decide what to do with the originals.
We can securely destroy/shred the hardcopies or we can also return the originals should you need them for any reason.
